Snacks (work)shop: An apple a day keeps the doctor away but it’s not enough to keep you going all day long. In this workshop we will be making a snack that not only gives you energy but is healthy as well. So, if you are willing to let us in on your favourite snack recipe and if you are ready for an online treat yourself, this workshop might be your cup of tea.

Nature pictures: Hugging trees is beneficial to your health, but you do not have to do that in order to enjoy the healing powers of nature. Being in nature lowers your blood pressure and helps you forget all your troubles. The aim of this workshop is to go to nature in your local neighbourhood and to snap a picture of a place, which you find especially calming or meaningful to you. For the sake of this workshop, you should preferably take your picture in advance so that you could share it with your fellow group members when we meet.

Handicraft: Let’s save our brains with crochet! Doing handicrafts makes you use all parts of your brain and helps you relax! In this workshop you’ll learn how to make granny squares and get tips on how to make different items using them. Bring your crochet hook and yarn – one colour is enough but you can use as many colours as you want!

Yin Yoga: "Energize and Reset" A gently energizing practice that is a perfect pick-me-up before lunch and the afternoon. All poses will be demonstrated and variations give to suit everyone’s mobility needs. The session consists of muscle tightness releasing seated yin yoga poses accompanied by a few spine energizing standing poses. We will end our session with a guided relaxation which promotes focus and acts like reset button which enables you to enter the afternoon with a lighter step and mind.

Singing together: In this workshop we will sing together. As a participant you can wish a song from a list made by our pianist Severig.

Treasure map – visualise your dreams: This workshop is about creating your own treasure map to wellbeing, visualizing the elements that make your daily life good and healthy. Working on a treasure map allows you to dream and set your own goals and make your dreams more concrete and approachable. You can create your treasure map on paper or in an electronic way. Please prepare yourselves by taking along pictures, photos (of your own or from a magazine) and words or quotes that keep you motivated and touch your soul. See you in the treasure map workshop! (The workshop starts with a little wakeup for the body.)

Creative writing: Let´s write together! In this workshop we will do some small creative writing excercises. Some texts we will write together in English, some texts you can write in your own language. For writing material please try to find an old photo of your relative: for example a picture of your grandparent when she/he was young. If you don't have a photo, don't worry - you're welcome to join anyway.
